Basic steps:

1) Register with ArtCall & include your profile photo

2) Apply for given show with 4 images of artwork

3) Wait for jury results (24 hrs)

4) Login to ArtCal and pay for your booth.

OUTDOOR BOOTHS:

SET UP: Thursday May 26 (1-7pm) through Friday May 27, BEFORE 10AM

SHOW HOURS: Friday & Saturday, May 27-28 (10-6pm) - and Monday, May 30 (10-4pm)

Note: If you are looking for registration to enter Individual Art Entries in the town hall, return to ArtAroundTheSquare.com, and click the correct “Apply Here" button, which will take you to that type of registration.

Note: "Application Title" is your name or your business name

Note: You only register once with ArtCall - subsequently you login to your ArtCall account as needed to apply for, and pay for show events. You can always start from the ArtAroundtheSquare.com website and click specific link buttons there, which will bring you once again, to ArtCall and specific call-for-entries landing pages.

OUTDOOR BOOTH SPACE

Artist provides their own tent gear, corner weights, table, hangers, and insurance.

$80 - 10’x10’ space with 10’ between booths for maximum viewing area

$90 – 10’x10’ shared space

$140 – 10’x20’ double booth space

10% Commission – Turn at end of show with 3-part receipt book (provided)

INDOOR BOOTH SPACES – Midway Town Hall

Included: AATS provides each artist with space, grids, lights, electrical cords for lights:

$40 - one side of a grid-wall, plus 1 end panel

$60 - two sides of a grid-wall plus 2 end panels 

Commission for Indoor booths: 15% for sales handled by artist or 20% for sales handled at AATS main desk

Included: Grid-walls, lights, up to 10 hangers per side, zip ties and electrical cords.

Contact AATS for special consideration (Before May 15) if you would like 4'x8' space and can provide your own grid walls, lights, cords, tiptoes, hangers, etc.

Fees are non-refundable unless the entire show were to be cancelled.

Artists, where possible, & staff, together set up your grid-walls & lights, and hang art: Thursday May 26, 10am-6pm.

Bring a small table (no larger than 18x24”)and cover to the floor – chairs available on site

Artist's provide their own swiper for sales, business cards, and so forth.

Artists will be given a 3-part Sales Book.  Return your completed sales book with commission at end of show to the AATS front desk.

Juried in artists will be contacted to locate your booth space. Spaces allocated based on order of booth payment.

Please Note:

Art Around The Square is intended to be fine art festival event as we grow.
We seek original, diverse artworks in painting and drawing mediums, high-end photography, sculpture, and quality artisan crafts in ceramics, wood and so forth.
While we appreciate all levels of creative effort, we ask 2-D visual artists to only show work with a minimum price point of $100 or more. 
90% of work on display must be original. 
AATS retains the right to jury art on display.
